I was looking forward to it, based on reading a couple of the books. But I can't get it to play, and I'm not sure why. Login to my cable system seems to be crapping out, maybe because I don't have a subscription to Syffy, cause I cut the cable and eff those guys and their nasty bundles.

Assuming my experience isn't related to my cable service, and you watched it without a subscription, I wouldn't hold your breath about seeing the rest of the episodes for free. I've seen this over and over, giving away the first episode to get you hooked, then they insist you have to upgrade your cable service to get that one show on that one channel, even over the Internet.

Sorry to rant, I guess it's the double whammy of getting thwarted trying to watch that one free episode, coupled with seeing the trap: If I like the first episode, I'm screwed. Which starts to feel like damned if I do, damned if I don't.

Thank you for listening.
