I wonder if "shkreli" is going to supplant "douchebag" as an epithet soon? "Don't be such a shkreli, man!".
Or maybe it doesn't have the "mouth". Try saying "shkreli" aloud. Whereas "douchebag" lets you make a funny sound like somebody doing a cannonball into the pool--"douche! douche!"--making the "shkreli" sound is more like your mouth the morning after a kickass party, when your tongue is compulsively trying to scrape all the foul-tasting slime off your cheeks and teeth, so you can spit it into the toilet. People watching you say "shkreli" would understand you're trying to spit out something foul.
So maybe "shkreli" won't supplant "douchebag", but how about "Damn, I got a bad case of shkreli-mouth! Hand me that kerosene and a match!".
