I think you're right, it's just passed me by. I wonder if I'm the lesser for it? If they are all like Prince, of whom I have heard, and the same with David Bowie, I'm the better for not having devoted the time.
And a good case can be made for not knowing what I've missed and being the less for it. All the same I'm glad I've taken the lower road and equally delighted others have taken the other.
