Really? Look how Perry is being discussed. He's a "piece of shit." A "thug, a brute, a gangster." Based on what? Vague accusations, a death row case that is balanced like an inverted pyramid on the testimony of one man who makes a living out of shaking up arson cases, and a gut level, mindless hatred of conservatism. His looks, for God's sake.
I'm not impressed.
The people of Texas have elected him three times, and arguably he has done a hell of a lot better for his state than your heroes have done for the nation.
It's very easy to despise the right. You hardly have to think at all.
