But I really have to go on record as not agreeing with you here.
Sure, truth is always the first casualty of war, people lie or look the other way to make themselves look good, especially when money or power is involved. I am not an American Exceptionalist who believes we are naturally virtuous and noble simply because we happen to come from the USA.
I just don't believe its as bad as you say it is. We probably are no better or worse than most.
