Remember how a few months ago we were arguing over exactly how to define "fascism"?
Well, we have it nailed down now!
Jews, commies, gays, blacks, Mexicans, foreigners, Liberals...any color will do. "The riot squad lynch mob is restless, it needs some place to go."
Perhaps its no coincidence that Arthur Miller's play, "The Crucible", was recently revived on Broadway. (Right, "Hamilton" isn't the only patriotic extravaganza going on in the NY stage.) The play is about the Salem witch trials, and although set in colonial New England, was written about the McCarthy Red Scare in the 1950s.
Deja vu all over again.
