I think American plutocrats feel they have a great deal in common with Russian oligarchs.

I believe this is what explains the Donald's reluctance to make his tax returns public. He;s not necessarily doing anything illegal in his business dealings, but I suspect WHO he's doing business with will raise some eyebrows.
