ER predicts this years September Arctic Ice Minimum

The September minima for the last 11 years (in million km2):

2007: 4.30
2008: 4.73
2009: 5.39
2010: 4.93
2011: 4.63
2012: 3.63
2013: 5.35
2014: 5.28
2015: 4.63

So what can we expect this year? My best guess for the 2016 September minimum: 4.0 million km2, or about half the summer ice extent at the pole when the monitoring satellites were launched in 1979.
