Probably number 1 is just 1-sided. The phenomenon is very real on that one side however. I don't know a single person who loves Trump. All of the republicans I know fall into the hold your nose / Hillary Hate category to varying degrees. Were Hillary not the candidate, I doubt Trump would be where he is in the polls. She is as much a part of his campaign as he is.
