Its very likely it will be the most obscene and violent TV spectacle since Game of Thrones. But if I had to make a bet, I would bet that by the end of it Trump will be bleeding from his 'wherever'.

Now it really will take a miracle for Trump to win... If Clinton has a major gaffe like, say, dismembering and eating a baby on stage then the polls might narrow... depends on how cute the baby is, I suppose.

Trump will try and spin the video of his comments as a 'youthful' indiscretion - problem is that he was 60 at the time and has shown us similar misogyny in the decade since.

He is being humiliated by a woman- how many here think he will handle it gracefully?

The REALLY BIG question is what will Trump's deluded, angry and ignorant followers do when they are humiliated? What 'second amendment remedies' are they contemplating now? Especially since Trump has told them that the election is being rigged, and stolen.

THAT is where the abyss lies... and it will be a LONG time before we are safely over that abyss.
