They staged a little military review in the parking lot at the rear of the Capitol. Geez, with the clouds and rain-slick pavement, I thought I was seeing a military review in North Korea or the Soviet Union. Only jarring touch was the poor young guys forced to wear Revolutionary costumes that made them look like toy soldiers. Their expression of misery spoke for us all.
