What difference does it make what the definition says? What difference does it make where you looked it up?
The real question is does he act and think the way a US President should act and think? Would Mitt Romney have acted that way? Would either President Bush have acted that way? Would Ronald Reagan have acted that way? Maybe he's promised you'll get your job back from China and the Mexicans will pay for the wall, but that's not what we are talking about, is it?
