Does some silliness happen on some campuses? Sure... and its not the first time you have trotted out that incident as somehow being representative... She was fired for her actions, as you know... she also got death and rape threats, because nothing says 'You don't need a safe space' better than threats of violence, right?

The problem is when YOU insist that freedom of speech means you can spout and act on vile BS and not be held accountable for it...
For instance-
You can spout lies about the science of global warming, but when someone points out you are a liar, then you are being 'oppressed', and 'silenced'... and all those speaking against you want a 'safe space' to be shielded from your radical ideas...

In reality, however, we are simply calling your claims that have been proven to be bullshit, bullshit.

Even the Police believe in safe spaces...
