The Republicans are SO worried that they might accidentally leave a fingerprint on something.
But hey, Bachmann says the govt has lots of revenue and she's not worried about defaulting even if the debt ceiling isn't raised. She's apparently some sort of genius, so let's just sit on our hands as August comes and goes. Could be exciting!
