Trump wasn't in the situation room for the raid- instead he was tweeting about a TV appearance.
The administration's first reaction to the botched raid was to lie and blame it on Obama... they still are trying to minimize Trump's responsibility.
Trump then goes on to blame the military for the loss- The buck stops as far from Trump as possible.
And an 8 year old girl is dead... American, if that matters...
