Surely you can see that what he says is completely divorced from the facts and reality...? Just look at the wiretapping claims he just fabricated in order to distract the nation from his lies about his Russian issues! Obama couldn't just order a tap! Extraordinary evidence would be required for a tap on a presidential candidate...
Either he is deliberately lying, and is convinced that you will believe what he says no matter how outrageous it is...
