...that the Russians are not only interfering in American politics, they are also widely recognized to be meddling with elections all over Europe. This is well documented by Western intelligence agencies and his been going on for years now. They have offered support to fascist and right wing political parties in France, Germany, and in other countries, as well as in some of the former USSR Republics. They target these groups because they have the greatest potential to destabilize and weaken Western Democracies. As this scandal unfolds, no doubt we will hear all sorts of denials and claims that this is all fake news from the Liberal Media and the Democrats, that its all an Obama/Clinton conspiracy or even the Republican Establishment.

Don't believe a word of it, just keep in mind that there is a lot at stake here for people who have bet it all on Trump, and who have their own reasons (including saving face!) for getting him off the hook. These guys have already been working overtime to confuse this issue, and as you know, they've even tried doing it on this forum.

How deep will it all go? I have no idea, I have access to the same data you do. Still, I refuse to believe Trump and his gang are actually conscious traitors, or criminals. But I do think they are greedy and stupid, and that the Russians have been using and manipulating them. Also keep in mind that Putin and his goons have already won. Even if nothing illegal or even suspicious is proven, he has already succeeded in casting doubt on the US electoral system and the integrity of its leaders, and he has exploited existing American political divisions to undermine our national unity and political process. He didn't have to hack any voting machines.
