A gift from my in laws, nice plastic ones, another pair for Ms P, plus spare cardboard ones just in case.

Likely in the SE. Have friends in Charleston, for totality, otherwise a spot in the Blue Ridge with 90% totality but a sixty mile view of the shadow sweeping the Piedmont. Difficult choice. Wyoming is an option, but remote, no place to stay, highways will be a mess...

Would like to know your optimal spot, but understand not wanting to share on a public forum.
