It's going to take something so dreadful, and so undeniable, before the GOP will even consider going against their base. Also, I suspect that their short term projections of profit from their economic agenda will tend to overcome any long-term feelings they may have about the future health of the country. Its the "next quarterly report mentality" that seems to have overtaken American business that seems to have worked its way up to the Conservative mentality.

And no matter what evidence is brought up against Trump, it will be dismissed as the Liberal Media and a Democratic conspiracy. Republicans helped put Nixon away, but I can't see that happening now.
