The article is consistent with what I've picked up from other sources, like the book "Red Web". Hacking 2.0 isn't the hard hacking of breaking in and breaking or changing or stealing, it's the soft hacking of corrupting social media to corrupt minds. And Putin's security forces really are that advanced at it.
