Belated credit to Wonkette for pointing me to the video. I had to give credit where it's due because they supplied the most wonderful end to the story.
Seems somebody notified the Seattle PD about the video, in a tweet, and the cops responded with elegant wit:
We haven't received any official reports. As far as we know that could be an actor playing Alex Jones.--Seattle PD
