I fully agree they don't want to pay for Jack and that is what they are all about. Which essentially is what I meant: They have no agreed upon HEALTHCARE goals. They have no agreement within their party on what a healthcare system should even look like. All they want to do is defund it and they don't care at all about actual healthcare policy.
