What you "postulated" was that radiation from nuclear tests and power plants was somehow causing- via mechanisms that were repeatedly shown to be impossible- the atmosphere to heat up and leave the earth, causing a global drop in air pressure (which is flatly contradicted by observations over the course of centuries)... and THAT was causing earthquakes...
And that "postulate" (or more accurately delusional musing rooted in ignorance and bizarre religious interpretations) is, and always has been embarrassing garbage.
