Question should be who's on the likely list? Answer: The ones most likely to flip in the face of serious penalties. I've a handful of names in mind but don't want to spoil the script.
The important thing to remember at this stage is that the indictments are coming from a state court; POTUS cannot pardon state convictions. I've heard rumors that there are many sealed indictments and they will not happen all at once.
Or maybe they will. Remember the Watergate Seven?
