Companies within companies owned by other companies...this isn't respectable espionage or honest treason, its just ordinary money laundering and tax evasion. These people are selling out their countries and their countrymen for a few bucks; not just the Americans, but the Russians, too.
This isn't "collusion", that's too grand and dramatic a way to describe it. Its just chicken-shit petty crime. Only the sums involved are truly staggering.
