Putin got Syria for free and he's in tight with Iran.

He's threatened the US-Saudi alliance and the US-Turkey
alliance. And Trump is going to throw the Kurds under the bus. No one in that part of the world will ever trust us again.

Putin has managed to make points with both the Sunnis and the Shia sides of Islam. He's got the US and China in a face-off over Korea and the S China Sea. And he's got the whole world asking "What the fuck is wrong with the United States of America?" Our enemies are emboldened and our allies are terrified.
