Giuliani used to be "America's Mayor", the guy who took charge on 9/11. Now he's a doddering old fool who can't keep his stories straight.

And what about Trump? What happened to the dynamic and dashing Robber Baron, the articulate and decisive entrepreneur? Now he's morphed into a grotesque buffoon who can barely speak English.

Could it be something in the Manhattan environment that lowers mental capacity by double digits? Or is it just the corrosive effect of long term exposure to Conservative philosophy?
