There is the theatrical version, the one that was in the theaters, with the narration from Harrison Ford, explaining everything. I like it, because it is what I saw first, but I dislike it, because the narration is unnecessary and distracting.
Then there is the director's cut, which was not done by Scott, and the final cut, which was.
These two lack the voice-over.
I prefer the Final Cut version.
