What makes this particularly egregious is NOT that an American was treated this way...
Its that ANY human beings are subjected to this treatment by our government.
I guess I hope that the fact that this is being done to CITIZENS makes conservatives reflect on what they have enabled... but that is a foolish hope.
This was NEVER about citizenship, it was always about racism. It serves no purpose to pretend otherwise.
