Regardless of how you view the conflict between management and labor...
...the fact remains. The world is populated by two groups, those who own and/or administer the means of production and those who work for them. It is inevitable that there is going to be a conflict of interest between the two.
As a Liberal, I tend to sympathize more with the latter, not because of any ideological reason, but simply because there are so many more of them.
