That essay definitely tells us who he, and his fellow Conservatives, truly are.

Sixty thousand Americans died in Vietnam, not to mention about a million Vietnamese. Of course none of them figured in Mr Buchanan's calculus because they were, for the most part, young ones.

Thanks for posting that, RL. It really shows us what we're up against. The man is channeling Himmler, Goebbels and Hitler. Buchanan has always distilled precisely the voice of the political Right, but he was one of the very few who was never compelled to conceal or disguise it in public.
