Equatorial temperatures may rise to the point that they'll be deadly. A person will have to be inside and air conditioned to survive. Underground dwelling will become an option.
I fear a sudden collapse of a large glacier or ice cap. We know it has happened before. Sea level rise of an inch per month for years. Every high tide just a little bit higher.
