Oh, wait, POTUS 46 couldn't pardon state crimes.

Okay, try this, resign for medical reasons. Claim he is too far gone to face jail. Also a blow to his perfect genetic ego. Yeah, good luck with that. Whoever has power of medical attorney is going to step up. Who is that, I wonder. Will Ivanka take away the car keys?
