The Test
Is really only given if there is a reason to suspect a cognitive problem. After a fall, or a stroke, or if there are symptoms of dementia. I know, because a family member of mine suffered all three. The last time he took the test, he failed it. But the doctor told him he passed to not upset him. He was so proud and fairly lucid for a couple of hours.
Is this related to his surprise trip to Walter Reed last November?
