Electrostatic . . .

An opposing charge should keep the array clear of powdered, electrostatic regolith.

Not having wind and water to assist in erosion, these fractile bits of meteoric debris and pounded bedrock are generally quite sharp, abrasive, and destructive in the unshielded operation of electronics and machinery. But we still do it.
