We had a black president elected...twice.
And he selected Joe Biden to be his VP.
The current president is committed to promoting his policies.
And the current vice-president is black.
Its pretty obvious that for those 21 million Americans, democracy just isn't working for them any more.
Yeah, I'm afraid it really is that simple.
