Please understand that the equation E=mc2 is the final reduction of an insane, several chalk boards long, mathematical derivation of genius. I couldn't begin to grok how it was derived (I've been to many lectures), nor really understand what it means on a deeper metaphysical level. You may want to look at YouTube for lectures by really bright people explaining these things. It is beyond my ken, really.

All I know, and take comfort in, is that All These Things are intertwined in the dance of the universe.
