What is "R=100"?

Imaging: 0.0317 arcsec/pixel, λ 2.5µm R=100: 0.0648 arcsec/pixel. Lambda must be the wavelength in micrometers, but what is meant by "R"?

That is, 31.7 mas and 64.8 mas, respectively. I get that. Due to atmospheric distortion, 1 arcsec resolution from terrestrial observatories is considered about the best optical telescopes can achieve in the visual part of the spectrum.

The full moon appears about 1800 arcsec in diameter as seen from earth
