I am hardly a military analyst... but there seems to be lots of evidence that the Russians are having shocking- inexcusable, and inexplicable- logistical issues... abandoning equipment when they ran out of Gas...
If their conventional forces have become a paper tiger that may be cause for some to celebrate, I guess- but it only raises the odds that nuclear forces will be used.
