I am afraid that means they will start to use their non-conventional forces... Chemical and nuclear weapons against civilian populations.
This whole endeavor seems indicate the Russian leadership was totally detached from reality, and did not understand the situation in Ukraine, or the pathetic state of their own forces.
They can continue to bombard cities into rubble, but if they move forces into the cities to try and take them in urban warfare it will be a rout for the Russians.
I fear they may simply resort to WMD to quickly annihilate the Ukrainians in a futile effort to erase their humiliation.
