The SR 71, designed in the 1950's used radar absorbing materials.
I've told the story of the older gentleman who gave me a private guided tour of the M21 displayed at the Boeing Museum of flight. He pointed out RAM on the leading edges of the wings. I've only now been able to confirm it.
