I know and am related to many conservatives. Most of the time they really don't understand how their party has been stolen. They still think it is the party of Reagan, or William Buckley. They (mistakenly) think that the Republican party is better for the economy or their individual rights. Often, they don't pay that much attention to what is really going on. They see an "R" on the ballot and they vote for that person, without even the faintest idea of who they are or what they believe. Sometimes I tell them and they are shocked. But not shocked enough. They just can't vote for a Democratic candidate. It goes against their whole ethic.

Mind you, I don't like far left policies either. I know people who voted for Nader in 2000, for Stein in 2016, out of purity rather than strategy. Liberals who thought Hillary was just as corrupt as Trump. Maybe she had her own problems but have a look at the SCOTUS now.

It's time for the middle to get off their butts.
