The hearings should be broadcast at times that maximize viewership.
While the committee has said they have delayed the next hearing due to new evidence (which is true, but why didn't they have this evidence before?), perhaps that helps with the timing of the Roe news. Let a week or two of protests go on, let the temperature drop a bit, then resume the hearings. Maybe tie the two together somehow. Suggest that it was Trump's nominating these judges that directly cause the loss of women's rights. Point out the Senators that voted for these judges, who now have been saying that they were tricked. Point at them.
After those hearings are done, start more hearing questioning the statements by those judges during their hearings. Did they perjure themselves before congress under oath? Perhaps have hearings about the role of other congress persons' role in 1/6. Keep the pressure up so that the midterms are a blue tidal wave. Dems have to control the outrage, maintain it, and get people who are upset to VOTE.
And DOJ has got to get to work! It should not take weeks to indict for contempt of a congressional subpoena, then months to have a trial. The committee may, at the end, recommend charges against the major players on 1/6. Then the DOJ will take months considering them.
Dems need to learn how to flood the news.
