From what I understand:

There is the original affidavit that details why the search warrant was issued, based on the subpoena and witness testimony. Those are not included in this proposed release.

There is the search warrant that was given to DJT's lawyers. He can release that if he chooses. It would describe what and where the evidence is.

There is the inventory of what they removed, also given to DJT's lawyers at the time. This might include evidence of crime not in the original search warrant or subpoena. He can release that as well. But he will not.

The presiding judge could release all of it. Eventually it would all come out as court records.

I read a rumor that they also seized security video of who came to look at the documents.
