But I have been on a guided tour of the house, hosted by the Pennsylvania Conservancy. I'm sure there are detailed virtual tours of the house on the internet. The place is fucking breathtaking.

The story is Wright was commissioned by the Kaufmann family (Pittsburgh retail moguls) as a "summer retreat", but then they quit going because it 'took too long to drive there'.
