I don't resent Mick 's millions one bit.

I pay for his product because I want to, I enjoy it, and it is his product, he made it, and he deserves to profit from it. His fans don't pay to make his manager rich, or his agent, or his record company, or anyone else but the artist himself. What he does with his money after I buy his music is his business.

I just think you find it outrageous and insufferable, that in Mick's case at least, all those suits are working for him. The vitriol in your tone gives you away. I've noticed you don't like it when the workman gets the prize, the musician, artist, athlete, etc. It's like the inmates running the asylum. Yet you never complain when the owner, manager, executive collects the lion's share. It's easy to see who you really believe is the creative, important member of the partnership, the one who really deserves to get the girl, the gold watch, and everything.
