I wasn't joking about avoiding the news...
My uncle- a liberal stuck in Oklahoma did post on facebook a few hours ago that women may have saved democracy... I hope that means it is looking good, but I suspect some races will be so tight it will be weeks before we know who will control congress.
IF democrats keep control, it will be women we have to thank for that- especially black women... we should all chip in to get them something nice... we could start with a little goddamn respect.
