A sticking point
We all know Trump incited the Capitol riot with his rhetoric claiming the election was stolen, but he must be shown to have "engaged" in the insurrection. Like in so many of of his communications, he carefully chose his words Jan 6: "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard".
"Fight like hell" is a figure of speech.
I think Trump might be our next OJ.
