Seizing Russia's frozen assets
There's about $300b in frozen Ruskie assets in the West that could be redirected to Ukraine. Unfortunately only about $5b of that is in the USA. Most is in Europe and they could be persuaded to give it to the Ukes.
I suspect when House Republicans kill the Senate Border-Ukraine deal becuase it doesn't meet their maximalist demands, Biden will seize the $5b and try to get the allies on board.
