We didn't hit their homeland because they didn't hit ours, and that is one of the big messages we sent here. We also struck their Quds units in Syria and Iraq, as well as their proxie forces. The Quds Force is one of five branches of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) specializing in unconventional warfare and military intelligence. American soldiers died so Iranian soldiers died too, but neither on home soil.
